The Cameroonian U-23’s lost their trip to Franceville for the first round of the final round of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) U23 qualifiers (1-0).
Guy Feutchiné’s group of elite Footballers fell short of the task. The Cameroon under-23 squad played Gabon on Saturday and defeated (1-0) in Franceville.
A defeat that puts the hopes of the Lions in a precarious position because the game counted as the opening leg of the last round of the African Cup of Nations (CAN), which is due to take place in Morocco in June.
